Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool with your order number and email to select the items you wish to return.
Print Prepaid Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include inside the box.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the bicycle or accessory in its original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all manuals and small parts are included.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
