Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your Marin bike journey.
How will my Marin bike be delivered?
All bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a reinforced heavy-duty box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We provide a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unridden condition. Please retain the original packaging to ensure a safe return. Note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do Marin bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Marin frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, drivetrains, and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically for one to two years.
How do I determine which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' based on rider height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile feel or sizing up for increased stability at high speeds.
Can I finance my purchase?
Absolutely. We partner with Klarna and Affirm to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing option at the final stage of the checkout process to see if you qualify.
How often should I service my mountain bike?
For optimal performance, we recommend a basic safety check before every ride and a professional tune-up every 50 hours of riding. Suspension components should be serviced annually or according to the manufacturer's specific hour intervals.
